Leif is our base leader. He started YWAM-Borgen in North Norway together with his wife, Hanne. They have also been involved with starting YWAM-Bulgaria and YWAM in North-West Russia. Leif is travelling all over the world teaching the Word of God. He is teaching in many of YWAM´s schools. Leif has Youth, evangelism and mission on his heart.

Terje and Eva Konradsen were among the pioneers who started Borgen base in 1978. They have four children, but Jenny is the only child still living at home with the parents. The Konradsen´s were base leaders at Borgen from 1988 to 1997. Today they are the personnel directors for YWAM in Norway. Eva is a member of the national board and Terje is in regional leadership of YWAM North Europe.

As a family we have a heart to see people discipled in all areas of life to be whole and live deeply satisfying lives in all God has for them. Kay-Morten is committed to evangelize, disciple and release generations of young people in the north to live with Jesus in all areas of society at home and as missionaries in Europe. Hilde is the personnel- and administrative leader and work to make sure the staff are thriving and the administration are well functioning. We love to get to know people and are more than happy to teach, counsel, have leadership training and work practical.

I grew up in Washington State and moved to New Mexico after attending college in California. I’m excited to see what God is doing here in Norway and in the north! My heart is to see Him glorified throughout Scandinavia and Russia.
